CIPD NI Annual Conference 2019

20th September 2019

The CIPD NI Annual Conference will return to the ICC Belfast on Thursday 28th November 2019.

Themed, Driving Fair, Meaningful and Productive Work, the conference will include local, national and international experts speaking on a range of topics including driving ethical decision making, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, data analytics, recruitment and talent attraction and reskilling for the future.

TV presenter Jason Bradbury will be the keynote speaker at the CIPD NI Annual Conference 2019.

The author and former host of The Gadget Show UK will close the conference at the ICC Belfast when he’ll discuss how advancements in technology will affect the way we work and how to master the tech challenge.

Jason will explore the new technologies and digital platforms that are changing the nature of work, and how to make the most of new technology to increase productivity, employee engagement and business success.

Jason’s passion for technology and science is infectious; his own inventions, which include the world’s first working jet-powered hoverboard, have become legendary.

Other speakers include Jill Minne, Strategic HR Director of the Northern Ireland Civil Service; Andrew Hyland, Head of Recruitment and Resourcing at Macmillan Cancer Support; Leigh Lafever-Ayer, Vice President of HR for Enterprise Holdings and Conor Curran, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Queen’s University Belfast, as well as a range of the CIPD’s own experts.
