Success at national awards for Nijobfinder
NIJOBFINDER has been named Best Regional Job Board at the National Online Recruitment Awards (NORA) 2016.
Established in 2001 the NORAs are considered a standard by which recruitment websites are measured, and are a focused opportunity for recognition within the UK recruitment industry.
The Awards acknowledge and reward excellence in online recruitment practice with candidates judged on a range of criteria including ease of use, number of vacancies, volume of visitors and availability facilities for jobseekers.
With 14 award categories this year saw an unprecedented amount of entries with over 25,000 nominations made by the public for almost 600 separate recruitment websites including job boards, employers, recruitment agencies and publications.
Congratulating nijobfinder. co.uk on its win NORA chairman, Stephen O’Donnell said: “The NORAs were established specifically to represent jobseekers, and to shine a light on those sites which offer the very best candidate experience. In an ever-evolving industry, candidates themselves are more able than ever before to assert themselves, and have higher expectations of efficiency and usability from recruitment websites.
“Nijobfinder has now joined a very exclusive club by winning its third NORA as Best Regional Job Board. Colin Maxwell and his team should be very proud indeed of what they have achieved in continually improving Nijobfinder to the benefit of candidates and employers in Northern Ireland.”
Commenting on the accolade Nijobfinder business manager, Colin Maxwell said: “All of the team at NIjobfinder.co.uk are delighted to have won the Best Regional Job Board in the UK at the National Online Recruitment Awards 2016. It really is a testament to the hard work and talent of everyone involved in the site.
“I’d especially like to thank all of the jobseekers who use Nijobfinder and also our hundreds of clients who choose to recruit with ourselves. As a team we feel a great sense of achievement when we match jobseekers with available employment in Northern Ireland. And because of the success rates we have, we keep our clients and users of our site happy.”
