THE Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) has launched a new competition to recruit Independent Board Members for Government departments.
The NICS would be interested in hearing from people who are keen to ensure that public services are delivered effectively and efficiently; have the ability to analyse complex information; have good communication skills and can think creatively and take a wider strategic view.
