Wollowbrook Fine Foods has appointed Grace Collins to the role of sales development manager.
The company, which was established six months ago, now has a total of four sales managers to cope with demand for the new company’s premium meal accompaniments range.
As well as supporting and developing business with existing customers, Grace will be in charge of identifying new opportunities within the retail and food service sectors for Willowbrook Fine Foods in the Republic of Ireland.
Grace previously worked for Deli Lites and the Bite Group where she managed new customer accounts and worked closely with the NPD team to develop products and packaging.
