SERC is delivering an innovative career planning programme, giving 16 to 24-yearolds the chance to navigate a wide range of rewarding and exciting career options.
The Practical Approach to Careers Exploration programme (PACE) will provide valuable information about college options, further and higher education courses, subject information, career research, potential funding and assist in identifying careers that they are likely to enjoy doing most.
The 10-week programme aims to develop employment and sector specific skills towards progressing participants into a full or part-time course of their choice.
