Nurse Manager, Small care home- Due to retirement of Current manager

The ideal candidate will be a Senior nurse with management experience,  who can effectively manage staff. 

Day to day duties include being responsible for the care home, the budgets, recruiting and assessing staff as well as ensuring  the home is run to high quality standard.
