A full time Associate Recruitment Consultant job working in the Logistics & Supply Chain division, Portadown, £16.5k + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £22K - £26K), business to business sales, sourcing candidates, working 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Due to the continued success of our Portadown office, we are looking for an exceptional Associate Recruitment Consultant to add to our expanding team.

Your new role

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the complete 360 degree recruitment process. You will be responsible for winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with existing clients, through both telephone and face to face meetings. You will be sourcing and meeting new candidates, through various means including advertising and networking. You will also maintain regular contact with existing candidates using our market leading database, whilst consistently hitting KPI’s and targets.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have a proven track record of success in previous employment, university or education and will thrive working in our high performance, corporate sales environment.  You will demonstrate your exceptional interpersonal skills and showcase your enthusiasm, drive and love for sales. The ability to deal in a professional manner with your clients and candidates is an essential part of this role, as well as building strong business relationships. You will be ambitious and hungry to develop a rewarding career with Hays by demonstrating your inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. As well as possessing both excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic to achieve successful results. MUST HOLD OR A FULL MANUAL UK DRIVING LICENCE.
