About the Job

Our client is a successful brokerage based in Central Belfast. Due to a period restructuring an opportunity has arisen for a Personal Lines Supervisor. Reporting to the Directors you will be responsible for the following:

- Providing quotations for motor, household and all personal lines business.

- Ensuring renewal invitations are sent in timely manner.

- Ensuring personal lines division is FSA compliant.

- Developing an effective cross-selling strategy.

- Supervision of personal lines staff

- Production of sales reports


It is envisaged that suitable candidates have a minimum of 2 years Personal Lines experience gained within a broking environment and have a good understanding of FSA regulations.

Remuneration will be flexible to attract the best.
