Key Responsibilities

To achieve and exceed all productivity and customer satisfaction targets so that the operation achieves client set targets

To meet customer’s present/future needs and demands.

To attend meetings, training and coaching sessions and one to one interviews always positively contributing to the debate so to further your own personal development.

To actively support at all times Company Policy and best practice in the area of security with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.

To ensure that all processes and procedures for which the post holder is responsible are reviewed regularly and are of an audible standard thereby ensuring their integrity, effectiveness and safety.

 No previous contact centre experience is necessary. Full training will be provided, if you have the right attitude we will give you the skills required to be a success and build a career with HCL.

Shifts, Salary & Benefits Hours of Operation are between 07.00 – 2200 (Mon – Sun), full time staff are required to be flexible to work shifts as required between these times.

Starting salary is £5.84 per hour with additional bonus dependant on role.  We also have a salary ladder for this role that gives you the potential for basic salary to rise as high as £15,250 p/a based on length of service and performance.
