Daily running of the store

Staff recruitment, training and development

Staff and store budgets

Staff management

Cash reconciliation and banking

Sales targets

Administration

Shrinkage and Loss

Candidates must:

Have experience in a store management position within a high fashion retail outlet

Have excellent people management skills

Have experience with high turnover, and a large team of staff

Be commercially aware
