Our client is an established NI Top 100 company with a strong international presence. They have enjoyed excellent growth over the last few years and this is set to continue. The organisation is currently in the market to recruit a qualified commercial accountant to join the busy finance team.

Position Outline:

The commercial accountant is a key role within the business and will report to finance director level. It will be responsible for the ongoing commercial analysis of a variety of financial systems and processes right throughout the business. Other key areas will include:-

·         Developing key operational performance indicators for the business

·         Ongoing development of monthly financial and reporting processes

·         Reporting and analysis of group commercial and financial performance each month to key stakeholders

·         Management of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

Suitability Outline:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a proven track record. The role will suit either a newly qualified accountant with a strong technical / commercial background or a more experienced industry focused accountant who can demonstrate experience within a similar role.
